Deadlift 1 x 3 @ 142.5
Rep 1 was a fight.
Lost some skin on the left hand after rep 3.
Felt the bar roll on back set 1 rep 2.
Last 2 reps felt best of all.
Squat 10 x 2 @ 112.5
Resting 90 seconds.
Going slow and focussing on ass back/lean over.
