Resting 3 minutes.
Set 1 all good.
Set 2 a little wobbly on a couple of reps.
Set 3 all good.
Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 120
Resting 3 minutes.
Felt good and solid.
Not quite an RPE8 as I calculated around 80% of my PR.
Hips feel fine.
Feels like the eccentric part of the lift is better from the Cocaine Deadlifts.
Grip is also feeling better.
Summary
Steady morning.
Squat felt good.
Nice to be doing proper deadlifts again.
