Warmups all good. Rested 3 minutes.
Unrack felt lighter than I was expecting.
Not sure on depth with some of these.
Felt a couple rock onto the toes.
Last 2 reps slower.
Deadlift 3×5 @ 140
Warmups ok. A little soreness in the lower back again. Rested 3 minutes.
All sets moved smoothly enough.
I don’t want to say easy but…. Maybe a little easy here!
Low back still a little sore after.

Just a short one today before work.
Summary
Tough getting started. Not feeling fatigued but not very motivated.
No problems. Felt really good during lifts.
Lower back a little sore again. Not noticed it since last heavy squat day.
Deadlift blocks hit around mid shin so will need a couple of inches under them to get to below the knee.
