Warmups all good. Rested 4 minutes.
Feeling a little tight in the hip flexors this morning so took a slow steady warmup.
Failed the top set. Managed 1 rep then bottomed out on rep 2.
Back set felt ok but moving onto my toes a fair bit.
Deadlift 3×5 @ 142
Warmups all good. Rested 3 minutes.
Set 1 feeling slow and heavy.
Set 2 did 1 rep then left it.
Set 2 did one full rep again and failed on rep 2.
Feeling like my legs didn’t want to move it today.
Chins 12 Minute AMRAP @ BW
Pretty good here. No issues. 14 reps total.
Summary
Everything feeling super heavy today.
Failing both main lifts.
Skipped the run as work asked me in early.
