Top set felt nice and smooth. Still reckon Ive got a few more kilos in there.

Warmups all good. Rested 90 seconds.
Rep 6 felt really stable.
Rep 8 was awful.
Bit of a balance mix but fairly good overall.
Power Cleans 5×3 @ 44
Warmups all good. Rested 2 minutes.
Set 1 did 5 reps!

No issues overall.
Hips feeling fine so pulling the Power Cleans from the floor.
