Set 1 ok. Felt good and smooth.
Set 2 failed on rep 3. Think I got loose at the bottom and then had nothing to drive it up.

Sets 1 and 2 last reps felt tough.
Set 3 failed on rep 4.
Set 4 failed on rep 5.
Set 5 failed on rep 3. I felt this one get in front and try to crash into the house!

Why do I ask for this?

Actually felt pretty good. A little niggle in the hip still and a knot in my left trap as I was starting the last round but not too bad overall.

Post work session again.
Failing a fair bit today.
Hip still feeling odd. Still not sure on what’s going on here.
