Decent top set. Pause felt good and solid.
Back sets all good.
Bar still feeling a bit rough on the shoulders.

Sumo 10×1 @ 100

Resting 30 seconds.
All good. Lifts ok.
A little low back soreness towards the end.

Power Clean 5×3 @ 43

Resting 2 minutes.
Feeling ok here.
Managed a few decent reps.

Summary

Not too bad this morning.
A little low back soreness coming on during sumo. Soon went after I’d finished.
