Squat (Box) 1×1 @ 130

Warmups ok. Resting 2 minutes.
Top set ok. Probably could have gone with 3 plates but last warmups set felt heavy on the way up.
Backs set moved ok but noticed the left shoulder again today. Seems fine about 5-10 minutes after.

Deadlift 10×1 @ 120

Warmups good. Resting 30 seconds.
No problems here.

Summary

Pretty decent this morning.
Rapid sessions are proving pretty handy at the minute.
Is there any advantage/disadvantage in doing a rapid 45 minute session on a work day and a longer 90 minute-2 hour session on a day off vs sticking to all similar length workouts?
