Top set maybe had more in there but not feeling it this morning.
Back sets ok. Feeling a big stretch across the left flute into the lower back.
Squat
Resting 90 seconds.
All good but feeling heavy.
Summary
All good. Feeling tired this morning.
Long day yesterday at work with not so great meals.
First day back in the band rehearsal room too so had a late finish too.
