Top set felt good.
Back sets no problem.
Strict Press 1×3 @ 57
Resting 2 minutes.
Failed on rep 3 of the top set. Think the bar went forwards.
All other sets felt fine.
Push Jerk 10×3 EMOM @ 40
Felt just as disgusting as last week here!
A little sore in the lower back about half way through.
