Decent top set. Pause felt good and solid.
Back sets all good.
Bar still feeling a bit rough on the shoulders.

All good. Lifts ok.
A little low back soreness towards the end.

Power Clean 5×3 @ 43

Resting 2 minutes.
Feeling ok here.
Managed a few decent reps.

Summary

Not too bad this morning.
A little low back soreness coming on during sumo. Soon went after I’d finished.

Only 2 reps on set 1.
Nothing on set 2. Bar just dropped.

No issues.

Circuit

Couldn’t quite get the keg to shoulder. 40kg keg just a little too heavy.
Lower back was super sore after each round. Soreness gone by 10 minutes after finishing.

Summary

All good this morning after bench.
Will look into getting a second keg to keep at a lighter weight.

Feeling stable on these today.
No issues.

Still not quite getting the fingers to open.
Feels ok at lower weights.

Everything moving ok this morning.
No problems overall.

All feeling heavy but no problems overall.

Fatiguing quickly but lifts felt ok.

Decent morning after pressing.
Got to go help a mate move house later so will have a Sofa 1RM by this afternoon!

Squat 1×1 @ 160

Rested 3 minutes.

Not feeling too bad on the top set. Shoulders well aware of the bar!
Saw a few spots after the lift but no worries overall.
Only triples on the back sets today.

Sumo 10×1 @ 125

Low blocks here. Bar up by about 2 inches from the floor.
All reps moved fine but certainly feeling tired.
No hip issues.

Power Clean 5×3 @ 42

Catching pretty well at 20kg. Not so much at 42kg.
Most of these felt pretty awful.
Video might suggest otherwise!

Summary

Tired today. Slept in and then started lifting late.
Generally low energy overall but cant explain why.
Lifts felt ok for the most part but felt like I was just going through the motions after Sumo warmups.
