Feeling pretty good. Maybe a little loose on a couple of reps.

Top set felt nice and steady. Didn’t notice any heel lift but will check the video.
Back set feeling solid. Getting tough on the last rep.

Warmups good.
Resting 30 seconds.
No problems.

Power Cleans 5×3 @ 44

Warmups feeling better. Catch feeling ok at lower weights.
One or two decent reps overall.
Last set felt best of the lot.

Good steady morning.
No issues overall.

Felt solid all round.

Failing on the left side during set 3 so called it there.
Have a few ore kegs coming this week so will have more weight variants by next time.

Summary

Feeling pretty good this morning.
Keg is still slightly too heavy for good technique.

All easy enough.
Felt the heels come up on a couple of reps.

No problems this morning.
Feeling tired, sleep seemed of the last couple of nights.
Everything was light enough today to move nicely though.
