Warmups ok. Really warm out already, 25C before 0900.
Top set was smooth. Definitely more there.
Back sets feeling steady but the heat just drains everything!

Squat 10×2 @108

Warmups nice and steady.
All feeling ok here.
Left shoulder taking a good scrapeing again!

Power Clean 5×3 @ 44

Warmups good.
Getting the catch with just the bar.
Set 3 was bad! Set 4 failed. Just ran out of everything in the heat.

Summary

So hot!
Defo more in the tank on a cooler day.
Any energy I had was just gone after squats.

Didn’t feel a tech issue. Just heavy stuff!

Warmups good. Resting 2 minutes.

Reduced rest period from last time.
Set 4 starting to slow.
Set 5 tired but pretty solid overall.

Row 3×6 @ 75

Warmups good. Resting 2 minutes.
All good here. 3×6

Summary

No issues this morning after press.
Arms feeling a little tired.

Warmups good. Resting 2 minutes.
Top set felt pretty heavy but seemed to move ok.
20kg mislead on the left side for the back set! Didn’t take long to find that out!
Reset load, back set felt nice and steady.

Sumo 10×1 @ 105

Warmups good. Resting 30 seconds.
No issues here.

Power Clean 5×3 @ 44

Warmups good.
Getting the catch/landing timing nicely at lower weights.
Working sets felt ok overall.

Summary

Tired today. Was at work till around 0045 this morning.
Lifts actually felt ok despite the lack of sleep.

Set 3 Rep 2 failed.
Felt like technique was ok. Maybe should have rested longer.

Press 6×4 @ 56

Warmups good. Resting 2:30.
Fatiguing on set 4.
Set 5 rep 4 was a grinder.
Rested a little longer on remaining set.

Circuit

Set 2: 1:57
Set 3: 2:01

Total : 5:36

Summary

Missed on bench.
No worries on all the rest.

Top set was a slow one but moved smoothly.
3×3 on the back set.
All felt pretty good.

Squat 10×2 @ 100

Resting 90 seconds.
All good here.
Left shoulder feeling a little raw. Still getting used to low bar again.

Power Clean 5×3 @ 42

No issues here.
Still not quite getting the catch with open fingers at working weights but its feeling better in the warmups.

Summary

All lifts feeling fairly solid.
No problems overall.
