Top set went up but technique was a fair bit off!
Back set felt fatigued but all good.

Warmups good. Resting 2 minutes.
Failed on set 3 after a bad throw and the bar going forward.
Set 4 was all good.

Circuit

3x 40kg Keg 40m, 6x 100kg tyre flip, AMRAP Push ups.

Lap1 – 1:46 – 12 pushups
Lap2 – 2:04 – 10 pushups
Lap3 – 2:02 – 8 pushups

Summary

No problems today.
Cooler temperature lead to a better circuit.

All lifts feeling solid.
Left shoulder still getting grazed up. Not sure if its a setup issue or the bar isn’t stable on my back or something!

Power Clean 5×3 @ 45

Warmups good. Resting 2 minutes.
No real problems here.

Decent morning today.
No real issues except recovering from a weekend in London.
