Top set felt pretty heavy but seemed to move ok.
20kg mislead on the left side for the back set! Didn’t take long to find that out!
Reset load, back set felt nice and steady.

Warmups good. Resting 30 seconds.
No issues here.
Power Clean 5×3 @ 44
Warmups good.
Getting the catch/landing timing nicely at lower weights.
Working sets felt ok overall.
Summary
Tired today. Was at work till around 0045 this morning.
Lifts actually felt ok despite the lack of sleep.
