Warmups all good. Rested 3 minutes.
Quads feeling tired on set 2.
Set 3 was a lot of toes.
Set 4 Rep 3 fell forward and rep 5 almost bottomed out. Feel like I may be defending too fast.

Cut short. Left ankle soreness on the front.

Chins

All good here.
A couple of off/lower reps but nothing too bad.
Rushed the last rep a little.

Summary

On the toes a lot on the squats but weight was moving ok.
Cut the run short due to soreness on the front of the left ankle.
