Top set felt ok.
Back sets also good but a little on the toes in the last rep.
Deadlift 12×1 @ 117.5
Resting 30 seconds.
All ok.
Felt a couple of off reps but not bad overall.
Situps 3×12 @ BW
Resting 2 minutes.
Tough getting the last few inches.
Summary
All good this morning after a late start.
Back feeling ok for the most part. Will be keeping an eye on residual soreness though.
