Resting 3 minutes.
Set 1 had to reset. Pretty sure the bar went forwards.
Set 2 felt much better.

Push Jerk 3×3 @ 50

Resting 2 minutes.
All good here. Couple of odd reps but felt goo overall.

Bench 3×5 @ 82.5

Resting 2 minutes.
No problems. Felt good and solid.

Hanging Knee Raise 2xAMRAP @ BW

Resting 2 minutes.
Felt pretty good here.
Can feel some low back decompression which is nice.
Grip is failing before the abs are feeling much.
Should I be swinging or trying to prevent that?

No problems. All good on the new suff I think.
