Back set moving nice and quick.

Resting 3 minutes.
Top set feeling good again.
Slowing down on the last few reps.

Banded Crunch 2xAMRAP @ 45/54

Resting 3 minutes.
Felt ok. Noticing it most in the lower abs but not much.
Still not sure here.

Summary

All good. Getting back onto a work schedule so will have block out days added soon.
