Dropped the load a bit here to ease up on my back but these felt pretty good.
Push Press 2×3 @ 72

Top set felt super heavy but I’ll take the 2kg PR.
Back sets all good.
Bench 4×4 @ 87.5

Shoulders a little fatigued.

Want to get these hanging.
Feel like this week was a definite improvement.
Summary
Doubling up again. Much easier now that it’s not as hot as an oven outside.
All good after the misload on squats.
