Resting 3 minutes.
Top set felt good for the first 3 reps then god hard real fast. Only got 4 reps out.
Back sets all good.
Axle Press 3×5 @ 45
Resting 2 minutes.
Stripped the load way back to get the RPE right doing these strict. All felt pretty good.
Banded Ab Crunch 2xAMRPA @ 23/34
Resting 2 minutes.
No problems.
Summary
Pretty good this morning. Hand an extra hour in bed which seemed to help!
Though bench was going to go up but ran out of gas on the final rep.
