After checking the demo, getting set up and doing a couple of "warmup" reps I recognised that this movement feels almost exactly like climbing the stairs from the shop floor to the stock room.
I feel like I’ve greased the groove 40×12 – 5x a week for 14 years puts me over 1.6 million reps so far.
