Feeling ok today.
No issues.

Deadlift 3×10 @ 30

Still ok here.
No problems so far.

Bench 1×5 @ 80

Resting 2 minutes.
All good here.
Feel like I could have been tighter in the setup on the top set.
No tricep issues.

Press 5×3 @ 54

Resting 2 minutes.
Moving ok.
A little off balance at the top of the last rep.
3x feeling solid though.

Summary

All good today.
Everything moving fine.

Slow and deliberate today.
No problems so far.

Same as squats.
No twinges today.

Press 8×2 @ 56

Resting 2 minutes.
All moved fine.
Narrower grip and wider stance today. Felt better.
Weird ache in the left tricep… probably nothing.

Bench 4×5 @ 86

Resting 2 minutes.
Set 1 ok.
Set 2 felt no power from the left tricep. Feels like its been punched!

Couple of twinges.
Stretched after with felt ok.

Bench 1×5 @ 96
Resting 3 minutes.
Top set felt heavy.
Seemed to move ok though.
No adverse strain on the back so far.

Press 5×4 @ 56
Resting 3 minutes.
Set 1 felt super heavy.
Started dropping reps after that.
Stripped to 52.5kg for sets 4 and 5.

Summary

Reasonable restart.
No painkillers today as they’ve been havoc on my stomach. Off my food most of the last 2 days.
Will continue stretched throughout the day to relieve any symptoms.
I can feel I’m not fully trusting any lifts at the minute but the heavy stuff for today moved ok.

Feeling heavy so going with 3s.
Major fail on the left side in the last rep.
Felt tightening in the left glute/lumbar area then folded onto the pins.
Quitting for the day at this point.

Summary

Was trying to double up on sessions to catch up today but an alternate timeline has transpired.
