Doesn’t seem like its affecting the lifts today but will keep an eye on it.

All ok.
Feeling a little tight in the left IT Band.

Deadlift 3×10 @ 50

Resting 3 minutes.
Going with RDLs as suggested.
Same as above. Still tight in the Left IT band.
Feeling tight across the left hip in the bottom of the setup.

Summary

Feeling ok.
Might be on the limit of what my back/hips want to do at the minute.
Will stretch out this afternoon and see how it feels.

Feeling heavy today but not bad overall.

A pleasure to do as always but definitely feeling an improvement here.

Summary

Physio on Thursday went well. Had another session focusing on legs and piriformis.
I feel like this will just become monthly maintenance for the time being with physio appointments.
Still noticing back ache if sit for too long.
All felt good this morning.

All feeling ok.

Deadlift 3×10 @ 45

May have lost count and done 11 on the last set.
All felt good.
No issues so far.

Bench 1×5 @ 90

Resting 3 minutes.
Top set felt pretty good.
Back sets all moved nicely but felt a little tightening in the lower back.

Press 5×3 @ 55

Resting 3 minutes.
Feeling solid here.

Summary

No major issues.
Back a little achey after but not affecting any lifts.
Will keep an eye on how it feels the rest of the day.

Feeling pretty good at 20 and 30 so bumped to 40.
Back feeling ok.

Deadlift 3×10 @ 40

These felt nice and sooth.
No back issues.

Press 1×5 @ 55

Resting 3 minutes.
Top set went too heavy. Only got 4.
Back set felt better.

Bench 4×5 @ 86

Resting 3 minutes.
Pretty good here.
A little breezy!
Still feel like I’m not fully tight in the set up but that’s probably subconsciously protecting the back.
Moved ok.

Delightful as usual here.
