Squat 3×10 @ 45

All feeling ok.

Deadlift 3×10 @ 45

May have lost count and done 11 on the last set.
All felt good.
No issues so far.

Bench 1×5 @ 90

Resting 3 minutes.
Top set felt pretty good.
Back sets all moved nicely but felt a little tightening in the lower back.

Press 5×3 @ 55

Resting 3 minutes.
Feeling solid here.

Summary

No major issues.
Back a little achey after but not affecting any lifts.
Will keep an eye on how it feels the rest of the day.
