Feeling pretty good at 20 and 30 so bumped to 40.
Back feeling ok.
Deadlift 3×10 @ 40
These felt nice and sooth.
No back issues.
Press 1×5 @ 55
Resting 3 minutes.
Top set went too heavy. Only got 4.
Back set felt better.
Bench 4×5 @ 86
Resting 3 minutes.
Pretty good here.
A little breezy!
Still feel like I’m not fully tight in the set up but that’s probably subconsciously protecting the back.
Moved ok.
