Resting 3 minutes.
All ok.
Feeling a little tight in the left IT Band.
Deadlift 3×10 @ 50
Resting 3 minutes.
Going with RDLs as suggested.
Same as above. Still tight in the Left IT band.
Feeling tight across the left hip in the bottom of the setup.
Summary
Feeling ok.
Might be on the limit of what my back/hips want to do at the minute.
Will stretch out this afternoon and see how it feels.
