Couple of reps slow and difficult but some feeling good and solid.

Starting to feel these in the abs more week on week.

Decent morning today. Terrible weather but gym buddy no 2 making an appearance.
No major issue on the lifts.

Failed top set @ 62.5 so stripped to 60 then failed that too!
Back sets all ok. Set1 rep 4 went forward and failed but the rest felt ok.

Bench 8×3 @ 72

Resting 30 seconds.
All good here.

Summary

No major issues after press.
Maybe still fatigue from Wednesday.

Tougher to hold as long this week which probably means technique is better.

No problems overall.
Everything moving pretty well.

Felt a couple of off reps but not bad overall.

Tough getting the last few inches.

All good this morning after a late start.
Back feeling ok for the most part. Will be keeping an eye on residual soreness though.
