Rep 5 felt horrible!

Deadlift 2×5 @ 130

Resting 2 minutes.
All good here. Felt easy.

Keg Clean 5 minute AMRAP @ 40

Weight movement is weird here due to the way the keg is loaded.
Managed 5 full(ish) reps then my lower back/upper glute/piriformis started giving me the good news.
Im not overly concerned about it just yet but will stretch out a little extra today.

Mostly good but with something to keep my eye on.
