Ok here. Super tight in the adductor/gracillus.
Bench 1 x 5 @ 87.5
Resting 2 minutes.
Top set feeling good and solid.
Back sets 8 and 6 @ 80 with no problems.
Summary
All good this morning.
Slightly more DOMs in the quads than I was expecting.
