3×10 @ 70 on the back sets. Getting close to failure on the last few reps of set 3.

Top set felt heavier than last time @ 180.
5 reps at 120 on the back set moving slower than usual.

Summary

Struggling with energy levels today. Not sure on what has triggered that.
Got a 2 week annual leave starting from Wednesday so will hopefully be able to rest up and properly recover.
