Resting 3 minutes.
Tough but moving.
I’m remembering that 3×5 is more effort than 1×5!

Banded Chins 1 x 20 @ BW

Resting 60 seconds.
Found my bands!
4×5 to get the total.
Holding the last rep at the top. Negatives seem more difficult than banded but I guess its a totally different stimulus point.
