Definitely feeling a drop off in strength after 2 weeks off.
A little unsteady on the first few reps while I got myself comfortable.

Upper body feels stronger.
Managed to focus on some bar speed on these.

Summary
We’re back!
3×5 across the board for this week then back into 832 from next Monday.
Lower body lifts will probably take a while to come back round but upper body feels fine.
Will go for my walk after lunch.
Feeling ok overall. Will continue as written unless there something glaringly wrong that I may have missed.
