Squat 3 x 5 @ 97.5

First work set felt heavy.
Concentrating on head up and slow descent.
Sat in the hole for too long on rep 4.
Felt shoulders loosen so attempted to correct.

Bench 3 x 5 @ 60

Feel like leg drive is starting to make sense.
Definitely felt this more in the chest than the arms.

Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 107.5

Light headed on last warmup set.
Felt good overall.
Last rep was more of a struggle but ok apart from that.
Feeling it in the hamstrings on the last rep.

Summary

Felt good today.
Lower back seems fine.
