Felt strong and steady.
Not feeling too heavy today.

Bench 3 x 5 @ 65

Work sets starting to feel heavy here.

Deadlift 1 x 4 @ 122.5

Bar rolling on last rep.
Grip also not too great.
First lift failure of this LP.

Summary

Felt ok for the most part.
First failure on the deadlift.
Form definitely going on the last few reps.
Right glute has been achey the last couple of days.
