All good and solid.

Squat 3 x 5 @ 105

Last set reps 2 and 3 felt on the toes.
Reps 1 and 5 felt good.

Deadlift 2 x 5 @ 120

First set ok.
Couple of reps floating forwards.
Second set felt ok but tight in the lumbar area after.

Negative Chin Ups 5 x 2 @ BW

All felt solid.
