Triceps really burning on this one.
Trying to pace out the minute evenly but going out of the blocks too quickly.
Second set was more even but fatigued more quickly.
Sandbag Carry 10min x AMRAP @ 60
Did 1 length with the bag at the chest. Felt left hip/glute complaining after the second turn.
Stopped to stretch out a few minutes.
Second attempt got bag to shoulder but i think the unevenness of the load on the body exacerbated the hip/glute issue.
Left it there for the day.
Have physio call this afternoon so will bring it up to see if we can address it there but I imagine I’ll be given more work.
In the mean time, next sandbag carry its doo from the chest to ensure a more even load and focus extra on bracing throughout the run.
