Resting 2 minutes.
All good.
Easier than 3×5!

Squat 3 x 5 @ 115

Resting 3 minutes.
First set felt kinda heavy.
Set 2 had lots of toes!
Last set felt heavy but more stable.

Deadlift 2 x 5 @ 124

Resting 3 minutes.
Set 1 fine.
Set 2 felt better.
Super tight in the lumbar area after lifting.

Negative Chins 6 x 2 @ BW

Resting 2 minutes.
Not too bad here.
Struggling to hold at the top.

Summary

Cold start and slow to get going this morning.
All lifts good and solid.
