All sets felt good and solid.

Feeling heavy here.
Set 4 was a grind.
Rested 3 minutes.
Last set slow and steady.

Barbell Row 3 x 6 @ 67.5

Feeling strong here.
Plenty more in the tank.

Summary

Nice easy one again.
Pleased with how tempo squats are feeling.
PR on bench not feeling as difficult as last time.
