Some nice crunchy sounds coming from my knees on rep 1.
All felt good.
Feeling consistent on timing.

Press 1 x 3 @ 52

Not feeling as heavy despite being heavier!
Top set all good.
Back Sets.
Set 1 ok.
Set 2 heavy on the last reps but arms holding at the bottom.
Set 3 felt better.

Barbell Row 3 x 6 @ 70

All good here.
