Bench 4 x 5 @ 69
Set 2 a little unstable.
Last set final 2 reps harder than the rest.
Squat 4 x 5 @ 125
2nd rep on set 3 rocked forwards and lost it. Bailed to the pins.
Last set was fine.
Barbell Row 4 x 5 @ 80
A little sore in the lumbar/glutes.
All felt pretty good.
Summary
Not too pleased with squats as defo had more in the tank.
Straps helped on row but can feel form slipping on later reps.
