Squat 1 x 5 @ 137.5
Just about got it! Last rep was a grind!
Backoff sets felt light for the first 3 reps.
Still feeling fatigued but all reps felt pretty good.
Deadlift 10 x 1 @ 125
Set 2 left glute up into lumbar area feeling super tight on setup.
Cramped up once I started the pull.
Tried again but same as previous set.
Feels like there’s no power off the floor.
Summary
Quitting early as the glutes keep cramping up.
Squats felt great but I think may have affected Deadlifts.
