All felt good but can’t get the bar any lower.
Feeling pretty easy.

High Bar Squat 3 x 5 @ 100

Heavy on the traps.
Feeling better on the traps as the sets went on.
Noticing it in the knees.

Summary

Rack pulls felt good.
Quite light despite the numbers.
High bar squats all ok.
