Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 135
Resting 4 minutes.
Hamstrings feeling super tight the last few days.
Got all 5 reps here but the last couple were tough.
Squat 4 x 5 @ 112
Resting 4 minutes.
Feeling super heavy on set 1 for some reason.
Sets 2 and 3 were ok.
Set 4 was best of the lot but still not that great.
Summary
Not too bad overall. Must be something up though because light stuff is feeling heavy today.
