Defo feeling these now.
Stairs were even difficult after!

Bench 1 x 1 @ 100

Resting 2 minutes.
Top set un-rack felt a little off in the shoulders.
Rest of the set felt good.
2×8 @ 80 on the back sets.

Summary

Slow to get going this morning.
All good once I got some momentum.
