Resting 3 minutes.
Top set was a though one. Totally misjudged the weight.
Felt like an RPE8 from rep 1 but gradually got more grim.
Felt like I did 5 singles with little rest rather than a smooth set.
5 reps on the back set went much better.
Bench 1 x 5 @ 90
Resting 2 minutes.
Easier here. Nice and smooth on the top set.
2 x 8 @ 80 on the back sets.
Summary
Quick combo today to get back on track.
Doing the main lifts and omitting the circuit an bodyweight leg work.
All good overall today despite a tough start.
