Top set moved nicely. First 3 reps felt pretty easy!
2×5 @ 125 on the back set.
Bar felt off balance on the un-rack of set 2 so restarted.

Keg Press – 8/6/6 @ 40
BB Row – 14/12/12 @ 42.5
Sand Bag Carry – 20/40/20 @ 60

All good today. Everything moving nicely.
Best circuit was round 2 although i nearly gave up after. Had to remind myself that i’d paid good money for this treatment!
