Pencilled in 145 for today.
Took a single at 140 which felt like a 1RM.
Stripped back to 120 and managed 3 comfortably.
3×5 @ 100 on the back sets.

Summary

All ok today after a bit of a de-load.
iPhone 16 launch prep this week with launch coming on Friday so have been flat out at work most of the week. Glad for the RPE work today.
