Resting 2 minutes.
Top set ok. Feeling heavy though.
Had a bit of discomfort in my right Achilles most of the weekend. I’m putting it down to mileage at work. Seems fine once I’m moving but is super stiff and slow to loosen up. Will continue to monitor and report back if it gets worse.
Back sets a little off balance on the whole 3×5 @ 110.

Press 1 x 1 @ 62.5

Resting 2 minutes.
Top set went on the second attempt.
Attempt 1 took too long in the rack position. Gave myself a talking to and got on with it second time around.
Back sets all good.

Summary

Steady but heavy day.
Definitely feeling so residual fatigue from the weekend at work. Got 1 illness and 1 on holiday out of the team this week so workload is a little higher than usual.
Lifts feeling ok once I was warmed up though. No massive issues to report.
