Top set felt tough. Moving ok but not enjoyable in the slightest.
3×5 @ 100 on the back sets.

Resting 2 minutes.
Top set moved nicely.
3×5 @ 40 on the back sets.
Trying to focus on keeping the biceps tight on launch.
Summary
Double up in advance today as I’m otherwise occupied tomorrow.
No issues once I got myself moving.
